The page allows to add  the maintenance suggested for the model.

WebLabel creates carelabel in compliance with the law ISO 3758 and with Chinese law GB/T 8685 : 2008.

If  considered, it converts the symbology ISO, authomatically, into symbology:

Japanese (JIS L 0217 : 95)

Korean (KS K0021 : 11)

American (ASTM D 5489 : 07

 

WebLabel suggests the maintenance codes received from ERP system and where they haven't been received, it forbids to create this kind of maintenance

Furthermore, Weblabel suggests maintenance codes considered acceptables (according to matting, shrinkage, damage because of the temperature,...) based on the fibres in the composition of the different Layers.

The user can choose the most correct modality, according to experience and especially the results of the laboratory tests made on the model, through the windows matching with each type of maintenance.

The user can also choose additional sentences that specify the most correct way of maintenance not forecasted by graphic symbols (for ex.: "wash separatly", or "iron reverse side",...)

Weblabel reports the additional sentences forecasted by law ISO 3758 but they can be personalized, according to different exigences, according to the company (obviously these sentences will have to be translated into the languages set up

During the setting phase it is possible to establish the maximum number of additional sentences which can be added on a label.

After selecting the correct maintenance, the user has to click on button NEXT.
